We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Orders paid by card or by PayPal go directly into the production queue or review (if applicable).
The orders paid by transfer are reviewed daily to pass them to production, normally it will take about 24/48h to receive the confirmation email. To avoid delays, we advise you to send us an email to hello@textilfy.com with proof of payment. Orders that are pending payment will appear in My Orders with this status until the payment is successfully validated. But they don’t go into production in the meantime.
If you select any emergency supplement option it is recommended that you make use of payment by card or PayPal so as not to delay the order for the time elapsed in the validation of the payment by transfer.
