    Ending Navy-wide evaluation periods and making them specific to the sailor by rating sailors only after they’ve been at a command for one year and each year after that. I’m maintaining a healthy amount of skepticism for this new system but after having to write 5 different evals in a 6 month period, I can definitely go for the above statement.
